Hudson's Bay wanted to introduce a new generation of customers to Canada's favorite store. So we developed an offbeat social media campaign featuring the less-celebrated emotions of the holiday season—stress, boredom, even loneliness—and gave those feelings a catchy new expression:
Just cry out "ELF MY LIFE!" and all holiday worries are resolved with unexpected products from Hudson's Bay. The approach expanded the customers' idea of what can be found at The Bay, and tied the campaign to measurable sales increases. 
A series of 6-second videos made perfect YouTube ads and Instagram posts...all capturing a moment of holiday angst that can be solved by Hudson's Bay.
