We even platformed our fashion office as influencers whose wardrobe you could shop. To drive unprecedented traffic, we massively increased the creative team's paid media output, partnering with Google, Meta, Criteo and more to innovate across all channels.
We also became industry leaders in personalization across both email and site content.
