As the social media landscape evolved, I integrated the Saks social team into the creative org, built a long-term strategy that optimized engagement through entertainment value, created rapid feedback loops for testing and learning in paid channels, maximized follower growth through collab posts and influencer content, leveraged both agency and in-office episodic content on Tik Tok, and built processes to radically increase video output.

• Grew @saks Instagram to 2.4M followers.
• Grew @saks Tik Tok from 0 to 500k followers in a year.
• Video output increased 10x on Meta alone with reduced overall budget.
