
As the social media landscape evolved, I integrated the Saks social team into the creative org and established a consistent Saks social sensibility. We radically increased the production of shareable videos, maximized follower growth through collab posts and influencer content, grew in-office content to become our highest performing category, and leveraged agency and in-house work to quickly grow on Tik Tok.
