
A brand is only as powerful as the community it builds. Throughout my career, I've taken seriously the responsibility to be a steward of each brand's legacy, and to strengthen company connections to employees and the broader community. Among those activities:
- Helped launch Saks mentorship programs and took on new mentees every year.
- Developed core values for Saks, used throughout the company including goal-setting and reviews.
- Carried out "Courageous Conversations" on the creative team, tackling issues like belonging + unconscious bias.
- The Saks Foundation reached nearly 12 million individuals with our mental health outreach programs.

We launched and grew The New Wave, a designer accelerator program at Saks that provides logistical and marketing support to up-and-coming design talent. Graduates include Willy Chevarria and LaQuan Smith.



Saks developed major store installations with community partners like the Stonewall Community Foundation.



We launched and marketed a "Celebrating Diversity" feature on saks.com, allowing customers to filter search results based on owners and founders year-round.



The creative team launched branded identity program for our new Employee Resource Groups
